He was killed in 1770 by Indians while with Daniel Boone in KY. There was another John Stewart who was in the Rev. War and also a friend of Daniel Boone. Actually Daniel Boone knew 3 different John stewarts in his lifetime that he was close to. Hannah's John's parents are not known.
