Does anyone on this list have any information on the Owens who were living in Rowan County in the early 1800s. On the 1820 census, four are listed living next door to each other: Ralph, Joseph, Moses and Samuel Owens. I'm trying to connect this Joseph Owens to "my" Joseph Owens who was living in Santa Rosa County, FL by 1840. My Joseph was born about 1777 somewhere in NC and married Elizabeth Bennet.
