He told the Census enumerator his parents were born in NC. We believe his Grandparents may have migrated to the U S from Germany and then moved into PA, VA, NC and eventually into OHIO . If Jacob's parents were approximately 25-28 when he was born , and if STILL living at the time of the 1860 Census they were about 70+ yrs old . We do know when and where Jacob died .. he lived to be 89 yrs old when he died in OREGON in 1904. Any information will be greatly appreciated and the information I HAVE on the MYERS Line I will gladly share at NeeMy735@msn.com
