Services are planned for 2 p.m. Monday at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. C.P. Fisher will officiate. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. At other times they will be at their respective homes. Mrs. Beaver was born July 21, 1901 in rowan County, a daughter of the late Dorsett M. McCombs and Dora Krimminger McCombs. She was a homemaker and a member of New Hope Lutheran Church. She was a former charter member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. Her husband, Jesse L. Beaver, died March 9, 1985. Survivors include one daughter, Mary Alice B. Robison of Greensboro; two sons, David M. Beaver of Shallotte and Voigt W. Beaver of York, S.C.; two sisters, Maude M. Correll, Lenna M. Overcash, both of Kannapolis; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
