Hello, I'm new to this list and hope somone can help me crack my ' brick wall '. I'm searching for the parents of BURRELL HUNTER b. 2 Jul 1797 NC d. 1860/70 Denton Co TX. His marriage to BETSY BRIGANCE on 20 Nov 1819 in Sumner Co.TN is documented by the Brigance family. Some sources suggest Burrell's line goes back from Reuben, to Theophilus, to Isaac, to William but I've found no proof of this . Burrell had a son, George Theophilus and a grandson, Robert Theophilus which leads me to believe he must fit somewhere in the ' Theophilus Hunter ' line. I would greatly appreciate any help or suggestions anyone has to offer. Thanks, Linda
