Hi About a month ago I used the free McAfee on line scan. And it was free. However, it requires that you have Explorer 5.0 on your computer in order to work. I downloaded the updated version of Explorer for the purpose of doing the scan. Then learned that Explorer had changed all my netscape defaults to explorer and even removed my desktop icon for netscape!! (Sounds like a virus, doesn't it??) Fortunately, all I had to do was re-download netscape to fix it. Boy, good thing Bill Gates wasn't here at the time!
