A query was made recently about counties who have maps done by Fred Hughes. Yadkin County has such a map and there is also a "Index to Fred Hughes' "Historic Land Grant Map of Yadkin County". It is reproduced in 1993 by the Yadkin County Historical and Genealogical Society, Inc., P. O. Box 1250, Yadkinville, NC 27055. Sorry, I don't know the current cost.
