The address is NC State Archives, Archival Services Branch, Mail Service Center 4614, Raleigh, NC 27699-4614. There is an $8 search fee for non-residents. I checked Early NC Marriages to 1800 and did find a marriage for a John or Wesley Edwards to a Martha. This book stops at 1800 to look further for you i would need a county, as the rest of my marriage bond books are by county.
