I have a James Smith, married to Elizabeth Hutchins. One of their sons, John Smith, was born in Surry County, NC 24 Aug 1802. John's siblings were named Levisa, Robert, Nancy, Hannah, Patty, James Andersen, Zadoch Thomas, William I. and Elizabeth Hutchins. They lived on the Surry/Wilkes border and had relatives in Iredell County. James may have been an uncle? to John A.
