He was born abt.1787 and lived in Buncombe Co. NC. He married an (unknown to me) Cherokee woman abt. 1809. They later moved to Monroe Co. TN. They had two children, Susan and Leander Garren. Adam's wife died abt. 1837 in Monroe Co. TN. He married twice after her death. Does anybody have a clue to the identity of this woman?
