I am looking for information on the Capps family who were in Warren County and Granville County NC (1760-1900). I am specifically looking for a will of Francis Capps who married Henrietta (maiden name unknown). I found a deed in which he gives his son Joshua 150 acres on Buffalo Creek (Granville County) in 1763. I have the wills of Joshua and John Capps who died in Warren County NC (1801 and 1805). Joshua and Hillary (Joshua's son) witnessed the will of John. I think Joshua and John were brothers but need concrete proof of it. Can anyone help with this puzzle? Thanks.
