Neal. doesn't the State have laws to make the owner let people in to the cemetery? That is the most ridiculous thin I have heard of. I heard there were some people in Texas, who wouldn't let people in. But to want them to move the cemetery? That is just too much. Good Luck in your quest. Wanda in MS
