The hearing has been rescheduled for Wed. at 3:00 again at the Clerk of Courts office. Again I wish all interested parties to please attend. Nobody showed up today. This may be due to the inclimite weather. Area south and east of Lincolnton have up to 12 inches of "New" Snow on top of what was already there. I will keep the list posted of the outcome.
