I am new to this list. Does anyone have info on Joel Mannen Scott, born 1823 in NC. He was half Indian. He was taken to Missouri, with his brother James Wesley Scott, by their Cherokee grandmother when he was a teenager. He later went to AL and raised a large family. I have no info on his parents or exact place of birth. Margie Scott
