Am interested in hearing from those who might have information on this William Henry STEWART JR and his wife Amelia Elizabeth UPCHURCH. They are found in the 1880 Wake County, NC census with 7 of their children living with them. Another child was James Archibald STEWART (1859-1897) who married Laura SMITH (1852-1915) and they eventually lived and died in Pilot Mountain, Surry County, NC and are buried in the town cemetery. Have no other information on Laura SMITH or William's wife Amelia UPCHURCH. William's father (William SR) was to have been born in England and married Rebecca TRULOVE (unknown about her as well).
