why, when i get list mail from someone who's only identification on the "sender" is "Lily", does a box ALWAYS open that prompts the receiver to download some sort of Aramic language support?

That's a good question I have noticed that also. Maybe Lilly lives overseas, do you see this with my email? I live overseas. But.. I have a friend who lives in TX and I get that some box.
