For information that is regionally specific, I would also recommend the following: MORAVIANCHURCH-L, which deals with the Moravian settlement around Winston-Salem (Stokes and Forsyth counties), as well as with Pennsylvania and elsewhere BRETHREN-L, which in recent months has included a lot of discussion on the Dunker communities in old Rowan County CATAWBA-WEST-L, a regional list that covers Catawba and neighboring counties, where there were many German settlers ROWANROOTS-L, similarly a regional list for old Rowan County NCORANGE-L, which from the beginning has covered more than just Orange County, and sometimes has information on the German settlers in eastern Guilford/western Alamance counties.
