Can anyone give me information on John Madden, b. ca.1750 d. aft. 3/1/1823 in NC, married Mary ???? of NC? John Madden gave patriotic service durning the RW. I am trying to connect him to Hiram H. Madden and his wife Emalyne Holland who were in Lauderdale Co., AL by 6/18/1828 (their marriage date). There is also a John L. Madden in that county in 1852-1853. I do not know his connection. Could he be a brother of Hiram? Hiram and Emalyne died young around 1839 and only left one son Joshua Layafette Madden, b. 9/20/1829.
