The original link I provided was http://riversideregionallibrary.org/ which is the Riverside Regional Public Library in Missouri. Their web site says it serves Perry, Cape Girardeau and Scott Counties, Missouri. They had a link to HeritageQuest Online and ProQuest Historical New York Times, and there was some free time to view the information . . . . to December 7th if I recall. Unfortunately, it appears the "free time" is no longer available, and that is probably due to the huge increase in people linking up to the main site.
