.About ten years ago I was back in North Carolina, I spent many hours bringing my Harrell family up to date. I found so many errors, as many of the births were reported by a mid wife or some other reason the information was incorrect. One I recall was a close cousin. Not only was her name incorrect on her birth certificate , but also the date of birth. I immediately contacted her and helped her get the information corrected. Two days after receiving the correction she collapsed at work. Just think what she would have had to go through with with the the wrong information on her birth certificate .
