Melvin, I don't know of any Peter McLeod, as far as I know, I don't know if my McLeod's were in Mississippi or not. There are so many different Alexander McLeod's that its difficult to determine who's who. All, I know about mine, is, he was born in 1770 in Scotland, and was in N.C. about 1810, and was married to a Margaret, and she was born in Scotland in 1790. They went to Pike Co. Ga., about 1819, and he died there in 1854. I need to find what his wife's maiden name was, and exactly where in N.C. they were located. Thanks, Becky
