I had to get a copy of my husband's birth certificate for something, can't remember what now, and when I ordered it, they had none under his nme, but did have one under his birthdate and his parent's names. It seems that he was called Baby Boy on the birth certificate. At least they got the sex right. (G) And, the certificate was file 6 weeks after his birth because, I believe the doctor didn't think he was going to live, he had been born with the umbilical cord wrapped around him from the waist down, at home no less. Or else the doc was remiss in his paperwork, but i believe the prior. It does pay to get them, mine said I was born at 4:30 a.m. after all my life thinking I was born at 5:30 according to my mother, well, I was born at 4:30 a.m. EST and it was also 5:30 EWT which was like daylight savings time, stood for Eastern War Time since I was born during WWII.
