Yes, I'm having problems too, and I've got a regular ISP (not AOL orCompuServe). Luckily, they just sent me a resubscribe notice, so I have a phone # for contact: ancestry.com # 1-800-262-3787 or 1-801-705-7625 If they ask, it's not just AOL. I'm not going through AOL, and I can't get on either. Keep us posted if they offer a timeframe or comment.
