Here is what I know: Born about 1841-1844 in North Carolina Joined the 1st Tenn US Colored Troops in Tenn Mustered out in 1866 from the 59th Regiment in 1866 Tenn Pension record states he applied in 1888 in Kansas May have married in Indiana in 1893 Was widowed twice. Was found in Yakima County WA in 1910 Was found in King County (Seattle) in 1920 and 1930 Is now buried at General Army Republic (GAR) Cemetery in Seattle. Cynthia A.
