Have you ever gotten frustrated trying to find out what county a particular community is in? You have gone to the gazetteer of your Rand-McNally or other map and then tried to find it on the map, if it is even in the Gazeteer. It takes a lot of time and trouble. You can now find out readily what county a location is in on the Mid-Atlantic Roots Network at: http://midatlantic.rootsweb.com/ We have a finder for New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania called "Where in the Mid-Atlantic Region is It?" on this page as well as a link to a finder for the rest of the county called "Where in the US is it?".
