    1. [NCROOTS] My Loves from TN and NC
    2. Douglas/Ungaro
    3. Perhaps someone can help me figure out what has become of some of my LOVE relatives. There was Mollie J. (Gudger) Love, born over around Madison County, NC. I have her birth date as July 1870. Much later, she married Julius Love. So far I have no trace of him, except there's a Julius Love on the Greene County voters' list around 1890 or 1891. By 1900, Mollie was a widow with 6 children, or maybe more? She had WADE, DARTHULA (Thula or Thala?), HATTIE, NANNIE (LOCKIE), JULIUS, Jr. and ULYSSES. All those children were born between 1891 and 1899, and are in the 1900 Buncombe County NC census with their Mother and 2 uncles (BEN and NOAH GUDGER) and Mollie's Father, ADOLPHUS GUDGER. I hear Mollie was in Greene County TN census in 1910, and listed as divorced in 1920. That's what I was told. Then I have 4 other children's names, with no birth dates: FOX, SYDNEY, LACY and BRUCE. Was their last name LOVE, too? Did Mollie remarry and have more kids? I know where Lockie and Julius went later - to Indiana. But all the others? Can someone help me figure out this family mystery? Greeneville is a small town. Thanks in advance to anyone who can share with me any little bit of information. It is much appreciated. Very happy holidays to everyone on this list. 3. Do NOT unsubscribe me - my genealogical research is important to me. I want to thank those generous folks who responded to my pleas for help with Deal and/or Dealsnyder searches. Although I suspect they were in Catawba or Rowan counties - I have found that confining my undefined searches to a specific county is not a wise choice. Lots of good stuff on this board - not only am I indebted to subscribes for help I find occassionally I can help others, a reward in itself. Happy Holydays Agnes Cloninger.

    2. Amen to that! You will find my private week-old posting to you outlining the exact same thoughts. If you don't believe an apology is in order, please count me among the many "unsubscribed." E. Lewis Hunt Subj: [NCROOTS] Welcome Back Elizabeth Harris Date: 12/18/1999 9:34:53 AM Eastern Standard Time From: publix69@hotmail.com (John Scott) To: NCROOTS-L@rootsweb.com Thank God you are back. I didn't think the list would even be here if you were to be away much longer. I hope you will put a stop to all of this madness. Please post a message to the list that will bring reconciliation and peace back. Also I think it is prudent that you spell out you was at fault and take remedies to correct the situation. I also think an apology to the list for the ruthless behaviour of the temporary host is in order. Jo
