    3. I use Internet Explorer and could not access ancestry.com that way, but, one of the listers said try http://216.10.103.21 and I got in. Don't know why the switch over but, this is a good way to get there, especially after the prices they charge and you don't really get all that much information anymore. I paid to access the census records and cannot, no matter what I try. They won't give me back my money either. Margaret There is only one other alternative to getting older, and I'm not ready for that yet. I'm too busy diggin my roots and searching for more limbs to my tree.     3. Yes, there seem to be problems accessing ancestry.com this morning, and it's general, not just AOL. People who seemed to be getting through to search pages after the problem was reported were probably just calling up cached pages in their web browsers. However, talking about it on NCROOTS isn't going to solve the problem. Let's end this discussion and get back to North Carolina genealogy. Not able to access it via AOL at all, can't even get the homepage. Luckily, they just sent me a resubscribe notice, so I have a phone # for contact: ancestry.com # 1-800-262-3787 or 1-801-705-7625 If they ask, it's not just AOL. I'm not going through AOL, and I can't get on either. Keep us posted if they offer a timeframe or comment.
