    3. I know that they are all available at the Madison Library Research Room in Madison, Rockingham County. A copy of each has also been given to the Genealogy Room, Messanine, of the NC State Library, Archives Building, Raleigh. I imagine some of them are in many other libraries in scattered locations. I am quite sure the Madison Library has the best genealogy collection in the county, because of the dedicated efforts of members of several local groups-DAR, UDC, RSGS-who are continually buying or donating materials both individually and by the societies. I do have to admit I have not been in the other branches to do research recently. Another remarkable facility is the Bassett Library, Bassett VA. Hopes this helps. Jane W. Also, would someone give me there opinion on which library in Rockingham County has the most genealogy information. I would like to visit Rockingham County and do some research. Thank you. Joan
