Hello: My mother's cousin, Elizabeth Schreeder (b. 1906?, Haverstraw,NY), married John Paul Jones III. They lived in Ruffin, NC. I am trying to locate the family, and I am hoping one of you will know of them. Our last contact with "Lizzie" was in the 1970's. Her husband was quite ill at the time. Lizzie's brother, Foster Schreeder, did extensive genealogical research on our shared ancestors, the Lane and the McKenzie families of New York. I have undertaken my own research these many years later, and would like to share my findings with my cousins in North Carolina. I dearly hope someone will know this family. Thank you.
