I am seeking information about William H.A. HOWARD. According to the 1925-6 issues of the Bulletin, Journal of the National Association of Teachers in Negro Schools, he was a resident of Rockingham. Two years earlier, he was in Smithfield, Johnston, NC and was principal of the training school there. Before that, he had been associated with Florida A &M C in Tallahassee for almost 15 years and had served a term as Acting President.
