I am requesting a lookup - My great grandfather was born in Robeson Co. His name was Bogan Manuel McQuage, born on April 25, 1890. If someone would look up his birth certificate and get a copy I would appreciate it so much. Of course I would pay for the copy and postage as necessary. Thank you, Kim
