Note that the entire family is shown as White, as opposed to the 1910 census where Charles and Maggie (McPHAUL?) McKINNON were both shown as Black. This doesn't necessarily mean she is not the same person in these two censuses, but caution is called for (and more research). My LOWERY's were variously shown as mulatto, Indian, and white. They were living in Blue Springs, Robeson County, ED 17, sheet 14, household 114. Daniel K.
