Hi JK, all the new updates look great. I see you have some Ball info. I've got Balls on my side too. Who knows we may match on other lines as well. Nothing new here unfortunately. Still digging, but working on some other lines as I get breaks. Went to Clayton Library last week and looked at Bladen wills 1734-1900. Copied all the Thomas Brown and a stack of others and created a PAF file just based on the wills. So far all seem to connect to Gen Thomas or Hugh one way or another. I haven't gotten Hugh's yet. Need to go back and get the rest of the ones in the Bladen book, just to see who not to bother chasing down it looks like. Didn't find much else. Never made it up to see the special collections on film there. And haven't started on Robeson Co. Maybe next week, going to Dallas to see grandkids tomorrow. I assume you have already looked at all the Bladen wills in that book. I can send anything you want. Or can send the ged.com of these wills once I get the rest of them as I am copying each will into each person's notes. Let me know. I have ancestors in Autauga, Bibb, Chilton, Tuscaloosa and Talledega counties in Alabama; and Bladen and Robeson counties in North Carolina. My major family lines are shown in the subject line. FYI I use the Master Genealogist 6.0 as my genealogy database and Second Site 2.0 to create the website. There are links at the bottom of the home page if you are interested in either program. I have no connection to either company, just a satisfied customer. The website address is: http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~opus/index.htm Let me know if you find a connection. John John K.
