    3. I would love to see pictures of that engine. Where in Salisbury, NC is it? And is it possible to get photos of it during it's glory days? -----Original Message----- From: Joanne Harley [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Thursday, June 08, 2000 12:58 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [NCROBESO-L] Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Meredith My husband's grandfather, Henry Hampton McKeithen (1877-1962), was an engineer on the Atlantic Coast Line. He was born in Brunswick Co.,NC, moved to Wilmington,NC with his wife and young daughters, and then moved to Florence where he raised his family and lived out most of his retirement. His engine is now on tour in N.C. Someone sent us pictures of it recently where it was resting on a sidetrack in Salisbury,NC. Would you believe it is now painted lavender???
