If you are traveling south on I95, you go to the left, which is east to go to St Pauls. This left, or easterly, turn is before you get to Lumberton. If you get to Lumberton, going south on I95, you go to the right to go to Red Springs. I am not a north, south, east, west person, but can tell you directions from a specific highway.
