Cookie, Richard Eastman's latest newsletter speculates that Genealogy Techs is a reincarnation of a con run by someone who has already been arrested and is awaiting trial for running fake genealogy sites/services. Same idea - a "self-updating" CD; wording and special offers on the website virtually identical to previous scams; no way to get your money back. Don't touch it.
