I am investigating some more obscure church records and some NC land grant records and trying to find these people and relationships between a large group of families that migrated from Talbot Co., MD to Guilford Co., NC in the late 1770’s, as well as the impetus for that migration. I am in South Central Utah for the summer and hope to make a pilgrimage to the Family History Library in Salt Lake City before the summer is over. Listed below are the beginnings of my book list that I will try to skim for hits on my problem people during my visit. I am curious if any readers might have these references or have researched them in the past or know if they might be available as part of any FTM type CD-ROMs. If the answer to any of these questions might be in the affirmative, could I possibly impose by asking for some lookups in any of these books that might be indexed or any other information you could provide as to their value in my research?
