John Lucas was born 1774 and died before 1884. His wife, Elizabeth was married once before to Jackson Goodwin, who died before 1851. Elizabeht married John. I have a lot of this info. Also, the heritage of Randolph County, N.C. Volume 2, has EIGHT ariticles regarding this family. Check with your library to see if they have a copy.
