(m. Robert Silas MOFFITT). She moved to Lebanon, MO. abt. 1832. Story was they went on a wagon train but sickness forced them to stop in Laclede Co. and they stayed. Rachel was the d/o Joseph ELLIOTT and Ruth WILSON. I don't have a Minerva in my database but there is a possible connection. I don't have any indication of Native American ancestry, though.
