I am searching for the parents of my gg grandfather William H. Freeman b. l8l8 married to Hannah Dunn Freeman b. l8l9. I first found them in Montgomery Co. NC in l850 census and by l860 they had located to Yadkin Co. NC (Surry Co.NC before l850). I am trying to find info on a Nathan Freeman m. to Mary Buckingham that was born in Randolph Co. in l793. I need to find if he was the son of Robert Freeman from first Orange Co.NC then Surry Co. NC. Also, there was a Nathan Freeman that fought and was killed in the Rev. War.
