Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, June 18, at Loflin Funeral Home Chapel in Liberty with Elder Gene Hogan officiating. Burial will follow at Gilmore Memorial Park. Mrs. Mabe was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Buddy Mabe, Sr.; parents, Howard and Beuford Greene and sister, Darlene Hubbard. Mrs. Mabe is survived by her daughters, Kim Morales and husband, Jorge of Liberty, Sherry Foushee and husband, Thomas of Southern Pines, Carol Wilder of Liberty; son, Buddy J. Mabe, II and wife, Pamela of Liberty; brothers, Howard Dover and wife, Chris, and Robert Dover; sisters, Joyce Greene and Wanda K. Greene all of Delaware; 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 7until 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
