It sounds like the same person in your tree. I am trying to find out his parents. I think they may be Thomas Jones and Anna Neely. My father always told me they were Welsh so I had thought his parents were from Wales. It didn't occur to me that they could be born in the US. However, this might be the same person...?Peggy
