This land is on the waters of Toms Creek. In 1817 this land is sold. In that deed George is of Randolph County, NC and Benjamin and Joel are of Granville District, SC. These 3 were listed earlier(1803) in county court minutes of Randolph County concerning road maintenance.Also listed working under George Graves's oversight is Kinchen Ivey. Benjamin Graves is a witness to prove the will of Benjamin Ivey in 1802. Are these 3 Graves men brothers? Does anyone have further information concerning any of them? What is the Graves connection to the Benjamin or Kinchen Ivey family?
