All I have on Enoch is that he married Mary A. Carlisle and that Ruth married James Shelton 26 Jul 1821 in Greene County TN. Since Nathaniel is my direct ancestor I've worked harder on him. In the 1850 Bradley County TN census he is a farmer owning $300 of property and married to Elizabeth. He was born in NC around 1800. Their children are David, Nancy J., William (my ancestor), George, John, Josiah T., Francis Marion, Mary M., Orpha E. and Naoma. Nathaniel must have died before 1860 because Elizabeth is found in Roane County TN with five of their children and a grandson William. How may I get your book?
