Searching for the descendants of William SPLAWN, 1800-1884; two wives: Polly CAPSAW and Jane WALDRUP. William's mother was Peggy SPLAWN; his father is unknown (maybe John?) The Splawn's apparently went to present day Polk County just before 1810; settling on Little Mt.; later they sold this property and owned land in the vacinity of the present day Polk Central School on Rt#9.
