Dear Turbo (I like to tease) I really mean Steve: In my opinion the best and cheapest computer genealogy program is Personal Ancestral File (PAF) put out by the Mormon church. It is absolutely free. Go to: www.familysearch.org/ at the first website screen click on: ORDER/DOWNLOAD PRODUCTS on the next screen clock on: Software Downloads-free. The next screen shows various free software including several versions of Personal Ancestral File (PAF). The latest issue is 5.1, the next latest is 4.0.4 but I prefer and use #7707099 which is PAF 3.01 which is essentially a DOS program but you can run it on Widows. 4.0.4 and 5.1 are essentially Windows programs. Your choice. If you do this and gent the program installed on your computer before you enter data get back in touch with me and I can e-mail you a data file of data on your Pritchard family line which can be brought up by the program or you can immediately start entering data your self.
