Vicki, Edgar is close but Polk County Memorial Cemetery is located off Highway 108. As you are traveling west on Highway 108 from Columbus toward Tryon, it is about 1/2 mile beyond the I-26 overpass on your right. Unfortunately, I believe that Edgar is right about it not being on the internet. J.D. Floyd has posted most of the cemeteries on in the area on the internet and it is not on his site. However, this doesn't mean that it is not on another site. If you are interested, J.D. Floyd's site can be found at http://rfci.net/wdfloyd/. Don't let the title, The Cemeteries Of Rutherford County, NC, throw you off. If you scroll down you will find the cemeteries for Polk County as well as several other surrounding counties. Good Luck.
