I haven't done any research personally on this family, but I'd love to learn more too. Albert ALBERTSON b. abt. 1642 , P, NC m. 1688 d. 28 Feb 1701 , Perquimans, NC Mary GOSBY b. abt. 1647 , P, NC d. 1720 , Perquimans, NC Nathaniel ALBERTSON b. 7 Jan 1675 Prob. P, NC m. 12 Jul 1705 , Perquimans, NC d. Jan 1752/1753 , Perquimans, NC Abigail NICHOLSON b. 24 Sep 1689 d. before 1727 Elizabeth ALBERTSON b. 7 Oct 1708 m. 6 Oct 1725 d. aft. 1752 Samuel NEWBY b. 23 Oct 1704 d. 16 Dec 1770 This information was probably copied from LDS records, and they are probably twenty years old, but it's a beginning. Obviously, these are Quaker dates, so the months listed above could be off. Does anyone know the correct dates from Hinshaw? Also, I have one more generation for GOSBY, four more for NICHOLSON and several for their aligned families of CHARLES, REDNAP, and BALIE (BAILEY). You could find a lot of this from the Quaker Roots list or their archives. I just haven't pursued it. I'd be interested in what you discover. These people and their descendants marry into my LAMB line, and I've hit a brick wall on the wife of Richard LAMB (son of Joseph/grandson of Henry). All I know is that her name was Ellen (born abt. 1785 ?), and she may have been born in Perquimans. Keep in touch, Pam (Fiscus) Hatch
