I also have this marriage in my family tree. I have birthdates for most of the siblings and a will for Benjamin Perry and his father Jacob. Jacobs father was Benjamin Perry who married Susan Walton. Benjamin's father was Richard Perry brother of Phillip Perry the immigrant who died in 1669. Joy in Wisc.
