Hello Karin I am curious to see if the book might have any information on James Oats and Sarah Fellows in it. Perhaps his father Joseph left them deeds of real estate. I think the time period would be 1724 to 1769. ALso the Elizabeth Blount I mentioned her father was either William or Jacob Blount. Both names are listed on deeds that Joseph was a witness to.
